Tell me about what you do.

Most of this is one or two lines. Two questions are worth slowing down for, and they are marked. Ten minutes, honestly.

This isn't a commitment to anything. It just means that when we talk, I will have done my homework and you will not have to explain your work from scratch.

1 · You

Just so I know who I'm talking to.

Town or area, and whether you see people in person, online, or both.
2 · The work

The first question here is the one I'd most like you to answer properly.

In your own words, as if you were telling someone at a bar. Not a slogan — a few honest sentences beat one clever line.
For exampleI work with men in their forties who feel like they've lost their footing — usually after a divorce or a career change. Most come to me when they've tried talking about it and it hasn't shifted anything.
Sessions, packages, programmes — roughly how it's structured.
And any training or certification behind it, if that's part of the picture.
3 · How people find you today

What actually happens now, not what you wish happened.

Instagram, Facebook, word of mouth, a listing somewhere, a website. All of it, even if it feels thin.
WhatsApp, a DM, email, a booking link — whatever people actually use.
Your best guess is fine. Referrals, a particular platform, people who already knew you.
4 · What you're after

The other one worth slowing down for.

In whatever terms make sense to you. It doesn't have to be a technical answer, and “I'm not sure, something feels stuck” is a perfectly good one.
Worth knowing what has and hasn't worked, so I don't suggest something you've already been through.
A launch, a season, a date you're working towards.
5 · Reaching you
So I can come back to you.

What happens next: I'll look you up the way a stranger would — search engines, the AI assistants people increasingly ask for recommendations, the local directories — and tell you honestly what I find. Then we can talk about whether there's anything worth doing about it.

Rather just write an email? hello@vizacat.com works too.
